  I like Arby's...I wish they still did breakfast though... They had the best breakfast around as far as Im concerned... I like their variety...It's not just sandwiches and fries....

  Order taker was nice enough but doesn't know thier job even when brought to her attention that the order is wrong she still does nothing saying that they will know. When food came up all meat was on one half the sandwich and not the other, had to wait longer for the potato cakes which when they brought them out it was 3 old and cold and one fresh. The shift manager did try to make it right and was nice about it, she had an up hill battle with the staff she has, good luck Tiffany and hope you can make your staff better

  My wife likes Arby's .We saw a new one on US 27 and decided to try it. We used to go to the one in Ocoee, but moved, so the new one seemed clean. It was new, but the bathrooms were filthy and the staff was clueless. We are originally from Brooklyn, NY and never heard of a turkey or roast beef gyro. Gyro 's are made with lamb but that is not a Gyro, and they should not be allowed to call that a gyro. My wife likes the roast beef but always wants onions on it...oh yeah, we were given onions, like 2 little slivers, and then they said it would be 20 cents more. I gave it one star because the service was quick. They lost us as customers forever. They aren't poor, they shouldn't be in business anymore...
