  one wing sauce was served wrong and returned while on each of the other people at the table asked for an additional 6 more wing of the sweet Thai chili.
  she was served the 10 wings delivered wrong(hot garlic) re-dipped in sweet Thai...unbelievable.
  First order that was delivered incorrect was finally brought out as "garlic parm" sauce on wings.
  It was so spicy hot it was inedible.
  Manager stated their garlic parm was made with hot sauce as well......Our party are Regular patrons at the gators in Ocala and one of our table regularly works on their equipment. Manager really needs to be a bit more customer friendly. She was not rude by any means but to re-use a bad order is unbelievable
  In all the gators I have ever went to garlic parm is not hot. And most are a pleasant experience.
  THIS GATORS...NOT SO MUCH.
  Beer was cold. that in itself earned the 2 stars

  Excellent Service and Food.
  Marlene was very friendly and service was superb. We came in on a Friday at 6pm and were seated immediately. Our appetizer came out right away and the rest of the meal followed shortly. Everything was very good. Thank you Marlene.

  Arrived on a Wednesday evening about 6:30 ish..... right off the start the hostess and other staff at the front acted as if we were bothering them.....we were seated and then ignored! Several servers walked right by us and no one asked if we had been helped! At least 7 to 10 mins with nothing! We walked out
